• 8th prize presentation ceremony of protection of ozone layer and prevention of global warming was held by Daily Industrial Newspaper on Sept. 9 and TNCE was awarded ministerial prize for technical development of HFC-23 decomposition jointly with Asahi Glass Co.,Ltd. and Daikin Industry Co.,Ltd. from the Ministry of Economic Trade and Industry.
  
  TNCE started research and development works by use of fur eon decomposition system on the consignment basis under the request from New Energy Development Organization(NEDO).Our R&D verified that TNCE fur eon decomposition system can decompose fur eon even under continuous operation. This verification leads to the prize award. Global warming index in terms of HFC is said to be 11700 and ab put 5 million tons of CO2 was reduced by HFC decomposition in 2003. This TNCE decomposition system has made great,contribution for prevention of global warming.
