It is essential to atomize liquids in order for the incinerator to provide optimum levels of performance. The treatment mechanism for liquid wastes involves evaporation and decomposition. When we design smaller more economical incinerators, small incinerators must be able to provide perfect decomposition. Therefore, TSKE has developed injectors that can
be employed for an extremely wide range of liquid wastes.
(1)Liquid waste or fuel oil is sprayed using an atomizing medium (compressed air or steam), and the liquid is sprayed to form a mist with an average droplet diameter of 100 to 150µm. The atomization of liquid wastes by means of a high-performance injector is the most important factor for the oxidative decomposition of liquid wastes in an incinerator.
(2)Wide-angle spray The use of a wider angle of spraying ensures adequate mixing with combustion air in the incinerator. TSKE's liquid injector can therefore use the volume of a combustion chamber to produce effective combustion.
(3)The special sealing mechanism of the liquid injector allows for easy insertion and extraction of the injector even during combustion operation in order to facilitate maintenance.
