Venturi scrubbers are widely used as combustion gas dust collectors. Combustion gas is rapidly fed into the throat of the venturi scrubber and washed using pressurized water. Dust is captured using fine water particles at this stage.
(1)Venturi scrubbers are suitable for the operation loads of incinerators. Therefore, when an incinerator's operation load is reduced, the TSKE venturi scrubber is capable of responding to these variations.
(2)A simple structure allows for easy maintenance.
(3)Dust emissions of less than 50 to 80 mg/Nm3 can be achieved at a residual oxygen concentration of 12%.
(4)Capable of capturing more than 90% of dust components with particle sizes of 1.0µm.
When further reductions in dust emissions are needed, TSKE can provide two-stage venturi scrubbers or other types of dust collectors including gas filters and/or electrostatic precipitators, etc).
